I have a major addiction to tortilla chips! I
1 lb hamburger or spicy sausage
1 1/2 cups salsa-medium heat
1 can diced chilies
1 cup sour cream
1 8oz cream cheese
dash of cumin
Cook meat until done and drain grease. Add in salsa, green chilies and cumin, cook on medium heat for about 5 minutes or until tender. You can puree your salsa if wanted it will just be a little more runny dip. Add in cream cheese and cook until melted. Add in sour cream right before you are about to dive into the dip.
This dip stays good in the fridge for 3 days if you add the meat and about a week with out the meat....but honestly you wont have any leftovers.
