3 Ingredient Sweet pulled pork

Here is Utah its about 90+ everyday now.  The last thing I want to do is have the oven on with this heat.  So during the summer time we do a lot of barbecue and crockpot meals.
I saw this recipe going around on Pinterest and I just knew I needed to make it.
It was was so nice to just to toss all the ingredients in the crockpot and go about my day.

3 Ingredient Sweet Pulled Pork

1 pork roast or tenderloin, I used a roast
2 cups rootbeer, I used Diet A&W
1 cup favorite Barbecue Sauce, I used Sweet Baby Rays
1 package hamburger buns

Place your pork in the crockpot with rootbeer.  Cook on low for about 5 hours.  When done remove pork and shred and drain out the root beer.  Add the pork back to the crockpot and add the barbecue sauce and cook until heated.
Serve with hamburger buns.

My Notes:
I wouldn't change a thing!  This recipe was FANTASTIC

  1. This looks delicious! I hate using my oven in the summer as well. Here in Tennessee it has been in the mid 90s with at least 80% humidity for the past 2 weeks and crock pot meals are a life saver. Thanks so much for posting this, I'll definitely be pinning it to save for later.
