Omelette In A Bag

On the days I have to work im up and out of the house by 5 am.  I honestly can't eat breakfast that early or I would be starving by 8 am.
I bring the usual yogurt or some oatmeal to make at work or I go up stairs to the cafeteria, but sometimes I don't want to spend the money in the cafeteria or im sick of eating the same thing over and over again.  I came across this recipe and tested it at home to see if eat really works and cooks my eggs properly.
Well folks it actually works and my eggs were so light and fluffy.  Now I can start taking this to work instead of the usual and have a nice fulfilling breakfast.

Omelette In A Bag

1 Ziplock Zip-n-Steam
2 whole eggs
1 Tbsp milk

Toppings you like:
cheese
peppers
onions
meat
veggies

Place all ingredients in the bag and shake and shake some more.  Follow the instructions on the bag and place the right side up.  Place in the microwave and cook for 3 minutes.  Remove from bag and cover in some more cheese and enjoy!
Another way of making this dish is to place all the ingredients in the bag.  Place bag in a pot of boiling water and cook for 10 minutes.

  4. Super cool! I hadn't heard of the Zip and Steam bags (probably because I don't personally own a microwave), but these would be a great thing to bring to work!
