Hamburger Chow Mein

This is a quick and simple meal to throw together...perfect for those late nights.  It kind of reminds me of strognaff but with an added crunch.

1 lb hamburger
1 medium onion chopped
1 can Cream of Chicken
1 can Cream of Mushroom
1 can water
1/4 tsp pepper
1 tsp soy sauce
1 cup uncooked minute rice
Rice or chow mein noodles

Brown hamburger with onions.  Add all other ingredients. Put in a 2 quart glass dish.  Cover and bake at 350 for 30 minutes.  Serve with noodles on top.

My Notes:
I like to use rice noodles.  Also I like to add a little extra rice so make sure to add a little extra water.
