I have been having these crepes since I was little girl.
These are so fun to eat and absolutely kid friendly.
There many options you can add to these crepes. You can roll them up or stack them up high. Fill with fruit, Nutella, powder sugar, Cinnamon sugar or eat like a pancake cover in syrup.
Breakfast Crepes
4 eggs
1/2 cup milk
1/2 cup flour
1/3 cup oil
7 tbsp sugar
1 tsp salt
Combine all ingredients together, will be slighlty lumpy. In a frying pan lightly grease. When heated add a little bit of the mixture. Let cook until the edges start to fold up, then flip over.
Serve with fresh fruit, Nutella, roll in cinnamon sugar, or just plain syrup.
These look divine! Love the idea of adding nutella and fruit!

Crepes are one of my favorite things to make! My mom's been making these ever since I can remember, and my boys love them!! We fill them with jam too.

ReplyDeleteI absolutely love crepes! My favorite combo is Nutella, banana, and coconut. But I'm not supposed to eat the bananas so don't tell, okay? Thanks for the great recipe!
